Aug 30 2026 | Sonic Altar Meditation

A somatic and sonic experience designed for restoring intuition – Sonic Altar Meditations honor our physical bodies as archives and altars by using sound to spark the spirit and meditation as medicine for memorywork. These 3-hr gatherings are hosted outdoors at an idyllic farm space.

Attendees will be guided through an embodied tai chi + qi gong flow with Alex Mercier followed by listening to a meditative live performance by Avila Santo. Tea ceremony will be available by donation with Kayla Lam.
